As part of its community activities programme, the Sharjah Sports Council will organise the sixth edition of the Indoor Run at City Centre Al Zahia on 5 July. The event attracts strong participation from sports enthusiasts in general and running enthusiasts in particular, especially as participation is open to everyone of all nationalities and different age groups. The event is held in cooperation with City Centre Al Zahia and a number of sponsoring and supporting entities.

The event aims to attract 500 participants from among athletes and members of the community. Registration is available through the following link:

The race will include distances of 8 km and 4 km for the general category, and 800 m for the age groups 5–7 years and 8–12 years. The races will start consecutively from 7:00 a.m., and the event will conclude at 8:30 a.m. with the awarding of the winners of the top places, who will receive commemorative cups and medals bearing the date and logo of the event.
