About the Club
Vision and Foundation
The establishment of the Sharjah International Marine Sports Club reflects the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. In 2014, His Highness issued an Amiri Decree concerning the establishment of the Sharjah International Marine Sports Club. Decree No. 60 of 2014 stipulated the creation of the Sharjah International Marine Sports Club in the Emirate of Sharjah, assigning it the responsibility of organizing and managing all sports activities conducted for competitive or recreational purposes on, above, or beneath the surface of the sea.
